Description

Isue description

If the user rotates the device immediately when launching image capture then there are black bars present and the video is rotated.

Steps to reproduce

Launch sample and put the app in landscape orientation.

Click launch image capture, and immediately rotate it to portrait mode.

Notice that there are black bars present and that the image capture is rotated. This is despite setting the autorotate property to false when calling showCamera.

Expected

The image capture view is full screen, just how it launches if the user does not rotate the device immediately upon launching image capture.

This is a duplicate of TIMOB-17609 and is the same root cause. This cannot be fixed until the Apple issue is addressed.

This is not a duplicate as the resolution for TIMOB-17609 does not resolve this specific use case. To reproduce this issue you need rotate the device immediately when clicking launch Image capture. This is reproducible with the latest 3.4
