Allow to replace the splash screens with Ti.UI.Window

Android - From long ago, It is possible to open a activity without a splash screen on native apps. So it should be supported.
Hello, the immediate workaround is just provide a modified splashscreen simulating the UI. We will move this to Engineering, so we can get their feedback Best Regards
Hello, As far I know, this is a new feature Apple introduced with Xcode 6. For android it is there from long ago. So it is nice to give the same feature in Titanium. Thanks, Manoj
