The Problem
If you have a two tab app, move in to landscape, and click the second tab, both windows are visible at once.Reproduction

CR looks good, but I'm having trouble doing a FR. Every time I try to run a generated NG app, I see "Unable to start debugging. Check your debug settings by opening project properties and navigating to 'Configuration Properties-->Debugging'" -- I get this consistently (with and without this PR)...
I was able to FR by building the SDK and using that instead. Looks great, Kota!
Verified the fix. We only see a single window for the tab focused in portrait orientation. Closing.
