Update the supported Node.js version to 4.0.x.

Side-Effect of this change is that Ti SDK's prior to 5.1.0.GA no longer compile properly. See https://community.appcelerator.com/topic/3420/cannot-find-module-sqlite3-osx/7
[~iotashan] Yeah. I tried to fight this. I had actually ripped node-sqlite3 out of tisdk days before 5.0.0.GA shipped, but it was too late to accept into 5.0.0.GA. Oh well.
