Description
We should really set up a Windows 10 and VS 2015 box to use as a Jenkins build agent, so we can compile JSC, HAL, Windows SDK against Win10.
I have a build set up at: http://studio-jenkins.appcelerator.org/job/titanium_mobile_windows_10 there's still work to do to improve it and make use of it, though. I'll open follow-on tickets.
