Description
Based on TIMOB-20057, if the Windows platform check fails, ALL building is broken.
Instead, we should try/catch around the individual platform checks so that if one fails, at least the rest would continue to work.
I think this can now be closed as it was implemented in TIMOB-24750. We now no longer error out when building for Android if Windows detection barfs as we will not do Windows detection
Due to the schedule for 7.0.0 versus the remaining work, moving to 7.1.0
