Description
While you can create a Preferences.xml file and open it using Ti.Android.openPreferences();
You have to open the preferences.xml file first (Ti.Android.openPreferences() ) in order to see those properties. I have build a very clear demo here:

It should go without saying, this is an ANDROID only bug.
