Description
Our current SDK release targets API level
23. We should update to 25.3.1 for Android N support.

*Note to QE:* The pull request for TIMOB-24570 needs to be merged first, because it resolves breaking changes that occur when targeting Android 7 (API Level 25). _Edit:_ We all need TIMOB-24579 as well, which allows Android 7 manifest settings to pass our CLI's validation.
For an FR i've attached the updated module from TIMOB-24446 which now only includes the design support library and therefore makes use of the other updated libraries from this ticket. The steps to test remain the same as in that ticket.
