[TIMOB-25317] Hyperloop: Android - Support Annotations

Hyperloop does not seem to support Java *annotations* yet which is crucial for some Android features like [addJavascriptInterface on a WebView](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/webkit/WebView.html#addJavascriptInterface(java.lang.Object, java.lang.String)). It is required to add the @JavascriptInterface for those methods which Titanium itself does in its source code. This ticket should track the implementation of this feature for hyperloop and documentation would be nice.
