In
ti.network.httpclient.tests on our unit tests, we've been skipping some of unit tests for Windows by marking windowsBroken. Need to make sure what's causing the actual issue and create new ticket when needed. This ticket is to keep track on it.
This can be closed for now, tested by https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium-mobile-mocha-suite/pull/197. See linked tickets for details.
