I had the same issue today: {quote}Missing Info.plist key - This app attempts to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSAppleMusicUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data. Once these issues have been corrected, you can then redeliver the corrected binary. {quote}

[~gaspard.le] that was not my issue. You have to add *NSAppleMusicUsageDescription* to your tiapp.xml and then resubmit your app. It helped me out, that I properly described in the app submission what my app does and why it doesn't need any music controls
