Description

This is an intermittent issue where sometimes when doing concurrent builds with xCode11, the logger will not connect and console log stops at (even though the sim launches the app):

[INFO]   Launching iOS Simulator

*Test Steps*

Create a titanium application

Run application to an iOS sim

Notice that the logger connects when application is launched on the Sim

Run application again

*Expected result* Application should run on the Sim and Logger should connect *Actual result* Application launches on Sim but logger stops at the above message.
