Description
1. Current documentation validator considers "type" fiels for "properties" on "events" as optional.
Information about types must be always provided in documentation.
2. Validator does not allow "property" on "event" to be optional. Actually in the SDK they could be missing (for [example](https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/blob/bf8a6bfd3ca17d3389cb6c8fc775886638226093/android/modules/ui/src/java/ti/modules/titanium/ui/widget/TiUIImageView.java#L520): "image" property on event "error" for "Titanium.UI.ImageView" on Android)
