Description
We are receiving numerous reports of difficulty with app submission because Apple claims they access the private "layout" API. Apparently they are using
strings to comb through hardcoded string data and matching that against a private API list.

Reports from community indicate apps are still being rejected.
Pull requests processed for 1_7_X, 1.8.0 and 1.8.0.1. Leaving ticket open until we get through validation with Apple.
