Description
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new mobile project
2. Launch the app in emulator
3. After the app launches, hit the android home button
4. Relaunch the app in emulator
Expected results:
the app relaunches correctly
Actual:
A screen with a black background
We are deprecating FastDev in version 3.2.0, so marking this as "Won't Fix"
Closing ticket as the issue will not fix and with reference to the above comments. FastDev has been deprecated.
