Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and launch KS from 1_8_X branch
2. Run Base UI > Views >Scroll Views > Scrollable View w/o Clipping
Actual: On launch, a black square briefly appears.
Expected: No UI anomaly should appear.
Note: Bug does *not* appear in 1.8.1
Leaving open because the backout done in 1.8.2 will NOT be done in Master. In other words, 7727 no longer affects 1.8.2, but still affects master.
This is not fixed in 1.9.0 and must be resolved. Due to the changes in TIMOB-7344.
Closing bug. Verified fix using master branch on: SDK build: 2.0.0.v20120319003254 Titanium Studio, build: 2.0.0.201203182248 xcode: 4.2 Device: ipad 2 (4.3.5)
