Hi Neeraj,
Can you please provide guideance on what may be happening here. Rick B. seems to think that here is a similar platform issue that exists already. Please see the steps to re-produce issue and it's picture.
Orientation Issue
See the steps to re-produce below:
1. Go to Gallery
2. Turn to Landscape orientation
3. Select Choose Pic button on bottom left
4. Turn to Portrait mode (should be on camera roll)
5. Select a picture from the camera roll
6. See that screen is dis-oriented (see attached picture)

It is hard to tell without looking at the application code. Please provide a test case that demonstrates this issue.
