Description

Define a document that outlines all Java coding standards any Java written for Appcelerator (internal or community contributions) should adhere to. This should represent more than syntax, but general design approaches and process flow. This document will be focused on language only. Platform Specific information will be contained inside another document.

Some of this is already covered in various wiki pages (if they need to be updated or expanded though, that is fine): https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/pe/Development+Process https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/pe/HOWTO+-+Filing+TIMOB+JIRA+Issues https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/pe/Git+HOWTO I think we should be focusing this task on syntax coding standards, and we break design standards out into a separate task, wdyt?

Review period communicated in email is expired. Standard is now finalized. Futures changes may be possible if deemed important.
