Description

When using Kitchen Sink (or KitchenSink-Nook on Kindle Fire/Nook Color) Platform > Sockets > Connecting Socket the socket is connected, then disconnected, a read error is generated in 2.3+ devices. A correct 'Disconnected' error is generated on 2.2 devices and Nook Color. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run Kitchen Sink => Platform > Sockets > Connecting Sockets. 2. Follow https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/tp/Sockets+Test+Plan Platform->Sockets->Connecting socket up to Step 5. 3. Press Disconnect (Step 6). Expected Result: 'Disconnected' message should appear. Python server should remain active, and the app should no longer be able to write data to the server. Actual Result: 'READ ERROR: Unable to read from socket, IO error' appears. The python server exits.

Resolving ticket as Invalid as there is now a new version of Kitchen Sink available and we no longer support the version which relates to this ticket.
