Description
Problem Statement:
"Titanium needs a standalone unit test system for testing the various peices of the platform, including: Core functionality, UI tests, and high level CLI tests. The existing unit test driver, Drillbit, was written on Titanium Desktop, which has been turned over to the open source community. We need to re-evaluate the base technology based on the new CLI work."
