Description
Need to detect if a module that is to be precached is CommonJS or AMD formatted. Currently, all modules are treated as CommonJS modules which results in nested define()'s for AMD modules.
Marking ticket as "Won't Fix" as MobileWeb has been deprecated.
Closing as will not fix.
