[TIMOB-8901] Refactoring - Renaming a file should detect everything else with that name and change it too, so you don't have to re-name everything one at a time.

Renaming a file should detect everything else with that name and change it too, so you don't have to re-name everything one at a time.
I have no idea what this feature request is about. Please read through the JIRA guidelines and provide all the information.
