[TIMOB-9319] Android: TI.UI.WebView - v8: White screen partially flashes when " zooming-out" an image.

while running test TIMOB-1607 I noticed that a white screen flashes after I try to zoom-out an image, which appears on a black screen when I press buttons "OFF", "ON" or "ON DEMAND" respectfully. Not a regression, the behavior exists on 2.0.1 as well. Test steps 1. Launch Application 2. Press OFF 3. Double tap screen to zoom-in. 4. Double tap screen to zoom-out. 5. Press back 6. Press ON 7. Repeat steps 3,4. 8. Press back 9. Press ON DEMAND 8. Repeat steps 3,4. Expected result: Step 2. Black screen will appear briefly and web view plugin will be disabled Step 4. Red screen will appear briefly and web view plugin will be enabled Step 6. Blue screen will appear briefly and a placeholder will be in place of the plugin Actual result: Step 2.
