Description
Implement build support for the new CLI. This will be replacing the current Python implementation.
Review https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/CLI/Adding+a+Platform+to+the+CLI for information on how to do the switch (work in progress).
We'll have to wait until the CLI team ports build scripts to one other platform before starting this work. That should be within 4 weeks from now (July 20).
The bulk is done. Bugs and additional features should be filed in new ticket.
