Launch Kitchensink app.\r\n2. Go to Controls > picker > Countdown picker.\r\n3. In the picker, select 0hours 1 min.\r\n4. press start. \r\n5. Observe the picker.\r\n\r\nActual:\r\nThe picker constantly changes its value from 0 to 1 even if it's there only.\r\n\r\nExpected:\r\nNo need to show this behavior.\r\n\r\n",
