A well-defined data format that includes not only the raw\r\n      performance data, but also the context of the data like device\r\n      model, os version, SDK version, date, time, engineer, and JIRA\r\n      ticket.\r\n\r\n2. A fully specified repeatable experiment that measures a reported\r\n   performance issue. The experiment shall be sufficiently described\r\n   such that a fellow colleague can reproduce the experiment.\r\n\r\n3. A fully developed hypothesis of an observed performance issue based\r\n   on the analysis of experimental data.\r\n\r\n4. A \"performance improvement\" change to the SDK is introduced based\r\n   on the hypothesis, and a repeat of the experiment is performed to\r\n   either prove or disprove the hypotheis.\r\n",
