We need to get the build folder to the point where it can be\nwiped out and recreated. I believe\nandroid_native_refactor
has support for use the\nplatform directory. Determine what's the best way to accomplish\nthis so we require no files to be versioned in\nbuild/android
See Helpdesk\n44031 for other side effects of the problem.
For iPhone builds, a custom Info.plist can be placed in the main\ndirectory (alongside the tiapp.xml, so above the build directory).\nThis seems to work reasonably well, and doesn't interfere with\nversion control or management of the build directories in my\nproject.
in the android_native_refactor
branch there is a\nplatforms directory. It seems to me that it would be appropriate to\nput those files in their platform dir instead of polluting the top\nlevel directory.

Generate and let the default\nAndroidManifest.xml hang around in build/android for user to see --\nif they need tocompare what we auto-generated to what they have in\na custom manifest. \nhttps://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/commit/bc83c02be15c...
