We should do the equivalent for Windows 10 builds.\r\n\r\nI'm not sure if that means we'd need to run the tests against Windows Store deploy target, or if we can just run normally against the Win10 phone emulator (which likely will require CLI work to know which lib versions are OK for win10 universal)",
