On a module, it does not.\r\n\r\nAlso tried  TIMOB-24402 and specifying the aforementioned SDK version in the manifest to no avail.\r\n\r\nh5. Workaround: \r\nThe work around for this is opening the generated project files and manually selecting the Target Platform however, it would be preferred to be able to build in such a scenario directly from the CLI without having to open Visual Studio.\r\n\r\n\r\n",
