Description
Steps to Reproduce
1) Connected iPhone device with OS 6.0
2) Started Alloy Project in Debug mode.
3) First time debugger stopped at a first line in app.js.
4) Then it never hit on breakpoints
Actual Result
Breakpoints are not hitting while debuging.
Expected Result
It should hit the breakpoint.

Resolving this as a duplicate of TISTUD-6302 as engineering is actively looking into this issue. There is no need to create duplicate tickets as same issue is being discussed in TISTUD-6276.
