[AC-1056] titanium studio does not recognize the sdk titanium, and not install.

Description
I am unable to install the sdk titanium in titanium studio, I can not continue this screen. and because of that, I've tried to make the local installation per package, but had no result. the screen displays the phrase "Titanium SDK could not be found To download the latest, go to Help> Check for Updates Titanium." I can not continue.

I did this run. But now he no longer recognizes the android sdk, even before already has recognized. even though I have installed the sdk titanium, now he does not recognize any sdk installed ... I'm using version 3.1.3, I doubt if instability.
I suggest you to re-install all titanium components, please fully follow the guide document: [http://docs.appcelerator.com/platform/latest/#!/guide/Installation_and_Configuration] If the problem still happen, please run "ti info" in terminal, provide the output. On the other hand, please try to use the latest SDK.
