[~andyphillips99] - what update did you have to make? I have the same issue, and I'm not sure what I need to do to fix.
update your tiap.xml file, specifically the SDK version that it should use - you'll probably have something like 3.2.GA, change to 3.4
ah, my problem was that I wanted to use the older SDK with the new XCode. I didn't read the [release notes](http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/release-notes/?version=3.4.0.RC) carefully, and see that only the new SDK works with xcode 6 when trying to package to itunes store. :(
