    It seems to be trying to find the javac and jarsigner in the JRE directory, instead of the JDK directories (defined in JAVA_HOME)

    [~lianhwang] Sometimes Titanium has a hard time trying to find the JDK. You can help Titanium find the JDK by specifying the path directly in the Titanium config like this: 
       ti config java.home D:\path\to\Java\jdk1.7.0
    Verify Titanium can find the JDK by running: 
       ti info -t jdk
