Steps to Reproduce
I tried to update de SDK using Help > Check for Appcelerator updates.
Now I receive this message every time I try to update or compile the project:

Appcelerator CLI is currently installing or upgrading. Please wait until it has finished and retry your command afterwards.
Actual Result
