Steps to Reproduce

when I am trying to create android build i am getting this error (Failed to encrypt JavaScript files). i am using window 8.1 64 bit and I am using appcelerator 4.0.1. I installed jdk 32 bit also.

Actual Result

Failed to encrypt JavaScript files

Expected Result

Expecting apk file

    The problem is about Android APIs . You need to install the latest Android APIs. Latest Android API Level is 22 . To install the latest Android APIs, Run 
       C:\android-sdk-win\tools\android.bat
