Steps to Reproduce

After installing Titanium Studio. When I clicked the Dashboard button. An error message appeared(see below) An exception occurred in the script. Error name: TypeError. Error description: Object doesn't support this property or method. Error number: -2146827850. Error message: Object doesn't support this property or method

This is a duplicate of TISTUD-2594 and is fixed in the 3.1.0 stream. A workaround in the meantime is to update the browser to IE9.
