Steps to Reproduce
All was working fine on my OSX 10.8 (updated to last version of Titanium - 3.1.1) - yesterday all worked fine and today I installed the new OSX (10.9) version and when Titanium Studio opened, it asked me to UPDATE all NODEJS,CLI, ALLOY, etc (even that all this version are installed already). I confirm to update but then it failed with this error:

NPM is not installed.
NPM is not installed.
NPM is not installed.
When running my project, it's says no Titanium CLI installed.
What's wrong?

Expected Result
Just working as before upgrading from OSX 10.8 to 10.9
