Hi Clay, Your log file is very long, it's difficult to know what error is causing the problem. Please could you clear the log file (Help -> Studio), then try a build, then attach that log? Can you also post what it says in the console when you try to build? And, does it happen for all apps, even the project templates in New Project? Thanks.
Tested with 3.1.3, works fine.
