Steps to Reproduce
Create a new Titanium Project using SDK 3.0.0.v20121119230448. I have reporduced this error on two computers. The first has Windows 7; the other, Windows 8.
Actual Result
Project create failed with the following error: org.eclipse.core.internal.resources.ResourceException: Errors occurred while refreshing resources with the local file system.
Expected Result
New project created
