Same here: Titanium SDK: 3.0.0.v20121130200208 Titanium CLI Version: 3.0.21 Titanium CLI Enabled: true Alloy Version: 0.3.3
The SDK version you are using is pretty old. Run "titanium sdk update --branch 3_0_X --default". Then run "titanium sdk" to confirm you have the latest SDK "active". Next, set the tiapp.xml to the version you just installed. Try building again.
Confirmed: with the latest SDK, no issues anymore
Fixed by the upgrading to the lastest SDK.
