Thanks for reporting this issue. We can reproduce it based on the provided information so we have created CLOUDSRV-3172 ticket for engineering to track and fix this issue. I would keep this ticket (TC-3450) updated based on the updates on CLOUDSRV ticket.
This issue has been resolved and deployed to the production so please give it a try.
