Steps to Reproduce
Don't know other than start to compile a program. Interesting enough I was working on a program all day and this started.
Actual Result
emulator not running
Expected Result
for it to run and compile my programs

Hi Ron, Your log file is a little too large to determine exactly which error is causing your problem. Please could you add: The console log And a cleaned version of the Studio log: 1. Help -> studio -> Clear Log File 2. Try to run on emulator 3. Help -> Studio -> View Log File 4. Attach that log Thanks!
Tested with 3.1.3, works fine.
