Steps to Reproduce
Get older project (Made with Studio 3.1.x) and try running it in the iPhone Simulator on iOS 7.0.3.
Actual Result
[ERROR] : Invalid '--ios-version' value '7.0.3'

Titanium SDK 3.1.3 supports Xcode 5.0.0 but not Xcode 5.0.0+ as 5.0.0 was the latest Xcode version available at the time of SDK 3.1.3 release. We have added support for Xcode 5.0.0+ as part of ticket TIMOB-15944. Please upgrade to the latest build from 3.1.X branch if you want to use SDK 3.1.3+ with Xcode 5.0.0+ and iOS simulator 7.0.3.
