try sample code from studio,3.2 with 3.1 sdk

launching app never happening

Sorry, android OS doesn't let this happen, so we cannot implement this feature. Apps installed on device must always be run manually. Thanks for your suggestion, Carter
This issue does not exist anymore in studio 3.1 with sdk 3.1 Now once you install app from studio in android device it is installing and launching automatically like native app launching from eclipse
