Description
During multiple tries using different iPad 2 devices running the same application that displays a PDF that is locally saved inside of a webview the performance navigating the same document is much slower in responses to touches using iOS 4.3x.

William It is typical for there to be performance benefits gained by upgrading to newer revisions of both ours and 3rd party products. While I understand it may be frustrating, I am afraid this is not something we can investigate in this instance. Thanks for your understanding.
