[AC-3575] Unable to install Appcelerator SDK - Error

1) I have installed appcelerator studio (Appcelerator Studio, build: 4.5.0.201602170821) Latest version from the website 2) Appelerator studio -> Help -> install Appcelerator SDK -> install from update stream (5.2.2 GA) 3) Issue 'Installing Titanium SDK has encountered a problem.
