Description
During creating an arrow project, I get an arrow message 'file not found', and also as per the image grab.
Upon clicking OK, I get an empty arrow project created.

Looks like the issue started to occur after creating a bash profile on my mac. Once the .bash_profile file if deleted, all seems to work as per normal. Please feel free to close the issue.
