Description
I upgraded from sdk8.2.0.GA to 8.3.1.GA.
However, an error occurred during the build.
How can it be solved?

I see you're still on Node 8.x, can you upgrade to the latest Node 10.x and try again?
I tried on node 10.x and got the same error.
