Hi , I tested the issue you reported. It looks like the feature "Build an apps in [Appcelerator Studio](https://web.appcelerator.com/product/studio)" on windows is working fine for me. I tested this using the studio build: 4.1.1.201507141126 and [Appcelerator CLI Version 4.1.2](https://web.appcelerator.com/product/cli) I recommend you upgrade studio to the latest build and let us know if you get the error again.
