[AC-905] 'Run' and 'Select a project' stay grayed out after launching Titanium Studio

Description

About 30% of the time, after lauching Titanium Studio, the Project Explorer fills itself but the run and select a project dialogs refuse to become active. This requires me to shutdown titanium studio again and restart it. - Changing any of the contents in an active opened file do not help. - Iterating subdirectories in my test project does not help - It does seem like when the process does work, I need to manually expand my 'Test' project from the Projext Explorer tree. When it fails, the project is already expanded on startup.

After some googling, I found the solution even before I got a response from you guys. Apparently, the .project file loses some of the project's natures. Current state in my .project, as it happened yet again after a couple of days: com.appcelerator.titanium.alloy.core.nature Proper state: com.appcelerator.titanium.alloy.core.nature com.appcelerator.titanium.mobile.nature com.aptana.projects.webnature Also: One of the builders under buildSpec somehow disappeared: Broken: com.aptana.ide.core.unifiedBuilder New project: com.appcelerator.titanium.core.builder com.aptana.ide.core.unifiedBuilder Can you fix it somehow so that this doesn't happen?
